We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales and Demand Planner – Order Fulfillment to join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for balancing supply and demand to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HQ Production, and Logistics to align regional supply with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze SKU-level forecasts and production plans to support regional demand.
  • Allocate orders to warehouses to optimize freight costs and inventory levels.
  • Monitor daily reports and respond to supply shortages to minimize customer impact.
  • Collaborate with HQ production planning to address supply constraints and recommend improvements.
  • Manage customer demand changes through structured change management processes.
  • Identify and resolve inventory issues across 3PL locations; propose solutions for backlog fulfillment.
  • Track inventory across 3PLs to maintain supply-demand alignment.
  • Coordinate shipment schedules with Sales & Ops to meet customer and business needs.
  • Support product transitions, NPT and end-of-life (EOL) processes.
  • Communicate shipment plans and scheduling clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process and tool development for demand planning, forecasting, and supply allocation.
  • Perform inventory transactions and create purchase requisitions for various materials and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, order fulfillment, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, Oracle Fusion preferably (2–4 years).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be approximately $90K-110K. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
