We’re looking for a high-energy, Europe-based Sales & Business Development Manager to drive GGWP’s growth across the region. This role blends strategic sales execution with hands-on relationship building—representing GGWP at industry events, identifying new opportunities, and helping developers adopt the next generation of AI-driven community management tools.
This person will serve as GGWP’s go-to commercial lead in EMEA, responsible for both new customer acquisition and regional revenue growth.
What we are looking for:Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to close—across PC, console, VR, and mobile studios throughout EMEA
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through both direct and partner-led deals.
- Identify and close high-value opportunities within major publishers, live service studios, and emerging platforms.
- Develop regional sales forecasts, maintain pipeline accuracy, and report regularly on performance metrics.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with game studios, platforms, and ecosystem partners (e.g. middleware, community tools, voice providers).
- Scout and close strategic integrations or partnership opportunities that expand GGWP’s footprint.
- Represent GGWP at industry events such as Gamescom, Develop: Brighton, Pocket Gamer Connects, and local dev meetups.
- Contribute local market insights to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product localization.
Evangelism & Thought Leadership
- Act as a visible advocate for healthy online communities and AI-powered trust & safety solutions.
- Present GGWP’s mission and solutions on panels, in partner webinars, and in direct developer engagements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure regional feedback informs roadmap and messaging.
- A positive attitude, and a growth mindset.
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or gaming industry sales, ideally selling into game studios or publishers.
- Proven success closing six-figure+ deals and managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
- Established network across European game developers, publishers, and middleware partners.
- Deep understanding of live service games, player community management, or online safety is a strong plus.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to operate autonomously across time zones.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable representing GGWP at conferences and client meetings.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally to the US for company events or strategy sessions
