Job Description
- Drive territory revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and execute regional sales and account strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights.
- Present territory reviews, forecasts, and business results to leadership.
- Partner with marketing, product, customer support, and operations teams to support customer success.
- Required: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Required: Ability to work independently, prioritise objectives, and deliver results.
- Required: Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Required: Knowledge of sales and account management best practices.
- Required: 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Advantage: Experience selling technical or engineered products and solutions.
- Required: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Advantage: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range:
$96,600.00-$128,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
