Job Summary:

As a Sage Intacct CRE Consulting Manager (Construction & Real Estate), you work closely with clients, consultants, project managers, and firm leadership to deliver successful Sage Intacct implementations and advisory engagements. You are responsible for leading complex ERP implementation projects, managing client relationships, overseeing engagement execution, and providing technical guidance to consulting team members. This role combines hands-on solution delivery with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, supporting business development efforts, and helping grow Frazier & Deeter's Sage Intacct CRE practice.

Our professionals help clients improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making through effective implementation and utilization of Sage Intacct solutions. In addition to implementation services, we advise clients on system optimization, reporting, integrations, and process improvements to help them achieve their business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sage Intacct implementation and advisory engagements for construction and real estate clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding clients' business needs
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Perform business process analysis and recommend Sage Intacct solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, and operational effectiveness
  • Configure Sage Intacct applications and assist clients with system optimization, reporting, integrations, and data conversions
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to help clients maximize their investment in Sage Intacct
  • Mentor and support consultants and junior team members through knowledge sharing, training, and project collaboration
  • Participate in solution demonstrations, proposal development, and other pre-sales activities as needed
  • Stay current on Sage Intacct product enhancements and industry trends within the construction and real estate sectors

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of Sage Intacct implementation and consulting experience, including experience leading complex client engagements
  • Sage Intacct Construction Implementation Certification required
  • Demonstrated expertise with Sage Intacct Construction required
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting, project costing, job profitability, revenue recognition, and real estate financial operations
  • Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations, including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing consultants or other professional staff
  • Procore, BuildOps, Sage Construction Management, or similar construction technology platform experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional client service
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CPA, or additional Sage certifications are a plus
