We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented SaaS Marketing Specialist to support the marketing initiatives of Nexa. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in promoting our smart water management platform through lead-generating campaigns, content development, and data-driven marketing strategies. Your work will directly contribute to expanding Nexa’s reach and impact in the fast-evolving water technology markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns tailored to facility managers, building owners, and sustainability teams across several sectors including commercial real estate, education, and healthcare.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop targeted programs to attract, nurture, and convert prospects leveraging email, webinars, digital ads, and SEO tactics.
  • Content Creation: Work with content creators and subject matter experts to develop compelling assets (case studies, whitepapers, product sheets, newsletters, blog posts) aligned to the customer journey.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs and performance metrics across all campaigns; using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing materials, virtual and live events, product launches and communications with project goals.
  • Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends in water management, building automation, and smart infrastructure to refine messaging and campaign focus.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or smart building technology environment.
  • Proven ability to execute demand generation campaigns and support the full marketing funnel.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for both technical and promotional content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, or similar platforms.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the commercial facilities management or water technology industries.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with IoT/SaaS product marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web publishing tools.

$70-78k; 10% bonus
