Drive New Business Growth

Own regional quota and go-to-market strategy, ensuring repeatable success in large, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Champion Consultative Selling

Guide teams in mapping technical capabilities to business value - translating AI/ML outcomes for C-suite and transformation leaders.

Orchestrate Multi-Threaded Sales Motions

Help AEs navigate multiple buying committees across IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Innovation groups.

Partner Cross-Functionally

Work with Product Solutions, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs, successful deployments, and expansion opportunities.

Shape Strategy and Process

Provide feedback loops from the field to influence product roadmap and sales enablement programs.

Travel Frequently

Represent Unframe at customer meetings, executive sessions, QBRs, and industry events across the Eastern region (estimated travel 30–40%).

Core Skills/Technologies:

10+ years of sales management experience, leading enterprise AEs or regional teams. Second line leadership experience preferred.

10+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally in AI/ML, data infrastructure, or digital transformation.

Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies.

Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling, account mapping, and multi-threading.

Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, driven by outcomes, and capable of building from zero.

Exceptional communication and executive-level relationship skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience selling into regulated industries (banks, insurers, asset managers, fintech) is a strong plus.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
