Role Description

We are looking for a Rust Engineer with experience in building and scaling distributed systems to join our growing team. If you have a passion for blockchain technology and a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain backend services following established architectural patterns and best practices

• Work with team members to integrate new features into existing infrastructure components

• Debug performance issues and implement solutions with guidance from senior engineers

• Help set up and maintain monitoring systems for services you're responsible for

• Follow security best practices and coding standards while implementing new features

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions within the team

Requirements:

• Proficient with Rust.

• 3 years of experience with Rust or a similar language (C++, Golang, Java, etc).

• 3 years of experience building & maintaining high-scale production systems.

• Proficient with distributed systems and databases.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute at speed, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Startup and/or web3 experience is a bonus.

• Experience that is relevant to Helius is a major advantage.
