What You’ll Do:

CoreWeave is seeking a Record-To-Report Process Cycle Manager to join our Accounting Enablement which leads process and system transformations for the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) team. The emphasis is on gaining efficiency, improving controls, and enabling scalability as CoreWeave continues its rapid expansion. This will include implementing new systems and automating numerous processes across Accounting in partnership with cross-functional business partners in FP&A, SOX, Procurement, IT and others. In this role, you will have an opportunity to have an enormous impact on the future of the Accounting team and the Finance Department as a whole. This role reports to the Director of Accounting Enablement.

In this role, you will lead, prioritize, and execute the improvement requests related to the Record-To-Report process cycle, including:

  • Develop the roadmap for process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives that take into account impacts to groups upstream and downstream from the requested improvements

  • Effectively communicate roadmaps and plans to Finance department executives and business partners

  • Lead process improvements and collaborate with IT to implement systems that streamline and automate processes and controls

  • Receive process improvement proposals from Controllership and Financial Reporting Accounting teams, assess importance and resource impacts, and manage the prioritization of the list of improvements

  • Proactively identify opportunities for both large and small process improvements and propose and implement solutions

  • Support business stakeholders by helping develop written procedures, process maps, user acceptance test scripts, training materials and jobs aids to ensure successful go-live adoption

  • Ensure changes to master data management objects related to RTR, such as Chart of Accounts, Entities, Departments, Cost Centers, etc are managed with proper controls

  • Apply project management techniques to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key accounting-impacted projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget through use of project management standards and software tools, as applicable, for consistent language and status reporting

  • And other duties and priorities that may arise, including, but not limited to:

    • Manage and perform ad hoc initiatives as needed

    • Be involved with project management of acquisition integrations

    • Assist other teams with ad hoc accounting and reporting needs

Who You Are:
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in systems, accounting, finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements required; SOX Internal Controls design, prior Big 4, prior auditing experience, and CPA preferred

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a technology industry public company required; SaaS experience, revenue recognition, and lease accounting preferred

  • Deep understanding of finance application capabilities, including ERP, business intelligence and reporting solutions, forecasting, procurement systems, data quality, and governance

  • Some knowledge of other functional areas (e.g., QTC, PTP, Tax, IT, FP&A, etc.) to collaborate cross-functionally preferred

  • Solid knowledge and prior usage of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, G-Suite) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, SharePoint, Confluence)

  • Project or program management experience is a must; certification preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely

  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to roll up sleeves to perform necessary tasks

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $132,000 - $176,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
