This role focuses on building and maintaining the data and identity foundation that enables unified customer profiles and high-quality audience activation across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and external destinations.
You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, AEP engineers, AJO and CJA consultants, and Adobe teams to translate requirements into scalable, governed, and performant CDP implementations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRTCDP Implementation & ConfigurationConfigure RTCDP components including identity namespaces, datasets, schemas, and mapping workflows
Implement batch and streaming ingestion pipelines using Adobe sources, connectors, and APIs
Configure segment definitions, audience sharing, and activation readiness checks
Validate end-to-end data flow from ingestion → profile → segmentation → activation
Design and implement identity stitching strategies across CRM IDs, ECIDs, hashed emails, AAIDs, and other identifiers
Configure and validate identity graphs to ensure accurate stitching and profile completeness
Troubleshoot identity issues including profile fragmentation, namespace conflicts, and declining match rates
Map CRM, behavioral, transactional, and event data to appropriate XDM classes and field groups
Implement data governance, consent enforcement, and data minimization rules for activation
Ensure data quality, normalization, deduplication, and schema consistency across datasets
Build and maintain RTCDP segments including rule-based, event-based, account-based, and streaming audiences
Configure and test activation destinations such as:
Paid media platforms
Email and marketing automation tools
Cloud and file-based export destinations
Validate activation accuracy, latency, and downstream audience performance
Partner with AEP engineers to align schemas, datasets, and identity requirements
Work with AJO teams to ensure journeys and decisioning logic receive accurate audience inputs
