Job Summary
Use information graphic design concepts to create effective messaging to internal and external audiences. Design and maintain business process and project documentation, supporting the development and maintenance of process and project documents to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Design informational graphics that combine text and graphical elements in a way that is innately understandable by multiple types of audiences. Create conceptual communications that deliver a variety of important messages. Responsible for the direct and indirect production of materials for internal and external customers.
Generate documentation in accordance with appropriate standards and conventions through observation, interviews, written materials, vendor documentation and regulatory materials to support the management, analysis and improvement of business processes and ongoing projects.
Capture and record data needed to model, simulate and analyze business processes; ensure data is complete and accurate.
Provide business and technical writing support to all division projects and processes. Understand business processes and documentation standards and conventions in order to effectively analyze, identify errors and omissions, and suggest process improvements.
Identify and create process documentation needed by partners such as functional training departments to produce end-user training materials, IT for use in requirements and HR for organization/job design.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Experience: 4 years experience in Insurance Services Group; 5 years experience creating, writing and interpreting technical documents; demonstrated experience using PCs, including desktop publishing, graphic design, word processing and spreadsheet applications; experience working in a Web-based environment or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Graphic Design or related field.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$64,250.00 - $94,000.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
