Who You Are
RMP is your canvas, where curiosity, creativity, and product obsession turn into possibility. Whether it's forecasting demand, curating assortments, or spotting trends before they hit, you'll be learning to lead from day one. Where you grow from here is something we shape together, guided by where the business needs strength, what you're great at, and the work that pulls you in. The point of starting here is how many doors it opens. What You'll Do
- AI fluency and judgment. Put AI and data to work, spotting what's coming, forecasting demand, and sharpening decisions. Then bring the judgment to know when it's right, when it isn't, and when it meets our standards.
- Analytical thinking. Dig into the data and the retail math. Model the scenarios, pressure-test the thinking, and turn a messy problem into a recommendation bold enough to act on.
- Commercial instinct. Notice what's catching on, ask why it's working, and start connecting the dots between a trend and what it could mean for the business.
- Turning insight into action. Cut through the noise to the "so what," shape it into a clear, decision-ready recommendation, and make the case simply enough that people can act on it.
- Product and customer obsession. Put the customer at the center. Anticipate what they'll want, understand why it matters, and shape products and experiences that blend human instinct with data-driven insight.
- Collaboration and influence. Build trust and accountability across diverse teams, earning influence through partnership rather than position. Bring together creativity, strategy, and operations to drive aligned decisions and meaningful business outcomes.
- Learning agility. Navigate ambiguity with agility: move across different kinds of work, pick things up fast, and pivot when the plan changes. Stay curious, keep growing, and start learning what it means to lead responsibly.
