As a Robotics Engineering Intern, you will develop perception systems, work with existing models, and engage in code reviews to enhance code quality.

What We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong proficiency in Python (and standard libraries including numpy, torch, etc) and familiarity with Robotics Operating System (ROS)
- Understanding of fundamental robotics concepts (kinematics, homogeneous transforms, etc)
- Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills and a willingness to jump into unfamiliar technical areas and code
What You'll Do:
- Develop robotics perception systems and/or deploy them on robots
- Work with existing state-of-the-art perception models or pipelines
- Use data to drive decision making and develop technologies iteratively
- Participate in code reviews to promote code quality and reliability across the codebase
Bonus:
- Familiarity with fundamental AI/ML concepts or state-of-the-art methods in computer vision
- Experience with git, issue tracking (Jira), and modern software engineering practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, research-driven environment
