WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design, develop, test, and debug features for our autonomous construction equipment

  • Analyze robot performance to quantitatively prioritize bug fixes and performance upgrades

  • Optimize controls systems for cycle time and accuracy

  • Develop and maintain code quality standards and best practices

  • Participate in shaping the product road map and deploy code every day

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS or MS in computer science or related field

  • 2+ years of software development experience

  • Proficiency in Python

  • Experience with distributed systems

  • Controls experience is a plus, but not required

  • Mechanical engineering experience is a plus, but not required

ABOUT THE COMPANY & ROLE

Built Robotics’ mission is to build the robots that build the world. By automating repetitive tasks in the $300 billion solar industry, Built is bridging the workforce gap to accelerate our transition to clean energy.

The starting annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications, working location, and market demands. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation, benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, cell phone and internet reimbursement and more.
