Job Overview & Responsibilities

As the Risk Management Coordinator at PT Solutions, you will provide technical and administrative support to risk management, compliance, and operational teams by identifying, tracking, investigating, and mitigating clinical, operational, and regulatory risks. The role manages event and incident reporting, maintains accurate records, prepares reports and dashboards, supports policy reviews, and assists with accreditation and survey readiness activities. A significant part of the position involves coordinating Workers’ Compensation cases, including reviewing and documenting employee events, communicating with employees, managers, HR, and claims representatives, and supporting the return-to-work process. The Coordinator also provides administrative support for compliance initiatives, risk reduction projects, and other special projects as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and risk management concepts

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare related field is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare risk management, incident reporting, compliance, quality or related administrative role

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $55,000 - 60,000 / year (Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
