The Senior Analyst will support the team across all aspects of their work to ensure that risk standards are consistently upheld. This includes contributing to new business development and assisting with the ongoing servicing of existing accounts through various stages of the risk investigation process—such as data gathering, risk analysis, submission preparation, marketing, negotiation, and policy issuance. The role offers exposure to both primary and excess casualty lines of business, along with opportunities to develop skills in special projects including internal controls, compliance, reinsurance, and auditing.
We are looking for a Risk Management Analyst Sr who will:
Assist other analyst with reviewing primary and excess risks
Participate in preparing submissions, policy wordings, and related documentation
Obtain and review necessary company approvals
Collaborate with Operations teams on file setup and documentation
Learn and apply the company’s risk appetite, guidelines, and policies
Develop a strong understanding of client needs and expectations
Attend meetings and conference calls as appropriate
complete funding returns and collection process
Contact individuals or businesses with overdue accounts
Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Professional interpersonal skills for internal and external client interaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable discussing payment plans and resolving disputes
Certified Collection Professional (CCP) or similar credential is a plus
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$57,259.73-$91,614.90This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
