As an RFP & Tenders Manager in the high-tech industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the proposal and tender processes to secure business opportunities and contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful preparation, submission, and follow-up of Request for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and other competitive bidding opportunities. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the high-tech sector.
- Proven experience in proposal/tender management within the high-tech industry across SAAS Companies.
- Strong understanding of the high-tech market, products, and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive and professional writing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
- Knowledge of relevant proposal management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with government procurement processes and frameworks (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM and proposal automation tools (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- French language skills would be highly advantageous
