About the role

EliseAI is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Architect to own and evolve our Salesforce environment and connected commercial tech stack.

In this role, you’ll design scalable processes, architect integrations, and ensure Salesforce is a reliable, strategic platform that empowers our Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be both a hands-on builder and a technical advisor, helping EliseAI scale its go-to-market operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of Salesforce; including building and maintaining automations, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.

  • Define Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.

  • Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and key tools (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, IronClad, Clay, etc.)

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, owning the full lifecycle from design and build through rollout and support

  • Lead Salesforce training for new and existing employees, empowering teams to fully leverage the platform to drive business results

  • Ensure data integrity across systems through robust architecture and automated processes

  • Collaborate with GTM leaders and Revenue Operations to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Proven Salesforce Admin / Architect experience at a fast-growing SaaS company (Salesforce certifications a strong plus)

  • Track record of owning Salesforce environments end-to-end: configuration, customization, and optimization

  • Experience managing and iterating on CPQ (Salesforce RCA a plus)

  • Strong understanding of Sales processes, GTM operations, and SaaS revenue workflows

  • Hands-on experience with integrations and data management across multiple systems

  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture principles and ability to design scalable, future-proof solutions

  • SQL or equivalent data querying skills a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and independently driving initiatives

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week.

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
