Join Modulate, a frontier AI lab building some of the world’s best voice understanding models.

At Modulate, we’re building a new generation of voice AI to help people and platforms better understand and navigate real human conversation. Our proprietary voice understanding model captures nuance, intent, and emotion in real time, enabling safer, more responsible, and more effective voice-driven experiences.
We’ve already protected hundreds of millions of people from harassment, fraud, manipulation, and more through our work with top gaming studios and Fortune 500 companies — and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power Modulate’s go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Director of BizOps & Strategy, this is a high-impact role that sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy.

You’ll own the tools, data, and workflows that ensure our teams operate with clarity, consistency, and precision. If you love making messy processes smooth, making data trustworthy, and building foundations that unlock predictable growth, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Impact
As our Revenue Operations Manager, your work will directly shape how Modulate grows, and how effectively we bring our mission-driven technology to the world.

- Leadership makes better, faster decisions. You’ll improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and metric clarity so executives and GTM leaders can confidently plan, prioritize, and invest for long-term growth.
- Revenue teams operate with focus and momentum. By designing clean, scalable processes and automations, you’ll reduce friction and manual work, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to spend more time closing, retaining, and expanding customers.
- Data becomes a competitive advantage. You’ll turn fragmented or inconsistent data into a trusted source of truth that reveals what’s working, where we’re losing momentum, and how to improve conversion, velocity, and retention.
- Modulate scales responsibly and sustainably. By building strong operational foundations early, you’ll help ensure that as we grow, we do so with rigor, transparency, and systems that support both performance and people.

What You’ll Do
- Drive operational excellence across the revenue funnel: Work with BD directors to scope out, document, and refine end-to-end GTM processes, from lead routing to opportunity management to cross-team handoffs; build scalable, repeatable workflows that reduce friction and improve execution quality for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting foundations: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports that provide leadership and operating teams with appropriate visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, retention, and other core GTM metrics.
- Unlock automation using AI and workflow tools to reduce manual work across teams: Build and optimize end-to-end automations across the GTM tech stack to remove bottlenecks, improve data consistency, and ensure teams can operate at scale; regularly audit workflows, identify gaps, and introduce system-level improvements that reduce operational overhead and enable smoother execution.
- Run data-driven improvements & experimentation: Debug funnel issues (e.g., drop-off points, inconsistent behaviors, missing data); propose and test process changes or system configurations that meaningfully improve conversion, velocity, or data fidelity; ensure GTM leaders have the information they need to make confident, timely decisions.
- Facilitate consistent training and serve as subject matter expert: Become fluent in our ICP, tech stack, and processes, such that any member of our BD team can come to you for help and training in all of the above.
- Own the revenue systems ecosystem: Administer and optimize key GTM tools including HubSpot, Default, Notion, LeadIQ, Amplemarket, Swan, and related integrations; ensure accurate data capture, clean CRM hygiene, and consistent use of fields, stages, and workflows; serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, configuration, and long-term system improvements.

Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, BizOps, or a related function at a B2B SaaS or AI company.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Default, Notion, and preferably other workflow or automation tools.
- Highly analytical - able to dig into data, clean it, structure it, and surface insights that drive action.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and process-driven; you intuitively notice inefficiencies and enjoy fixing them.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who collaborates exceptionally well across teams.
- Energized by shaping early systems in a growing org - and maintaining them as they scale.
- Passionate about AI, ethical innovation, and Modulate’s mission to make online voice communication safer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
