Key responsibilities include:
Project Manage Strategic GTM Initiatives
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and communication for high-impact Rev Ops initiatives.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional efforts.
Own GTM Reporting and Analytics
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights across the funnel (lead to renewal).
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and funnel conversion to drive visibility and performance.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on targets, segmentation, and campaign strategy.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and data consistency across tools and teams.
Annual and Quarterly Planning
- Build models and what-if scenarios to inform goal-setting and resourcing decisions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical background - advanced Excel required; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and GTM systems
- Experience supporting complex sales motions
- Proven ability to drive process change and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership.
Milestones for the First Six Months
In one month, you will:
- Complete onboarding and ramp on Fusion's products, GTM model, and RevOps processes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Teams, and Finance.
- Get familiar with existing dashboards, reports, and planning models.
- Review and document key RevOps projects in flight and upcoming.
In three months, you will:
- Take over project management of one or more cross-functional efforts (e.g., tech stack cleanup, reporting overhaul, process re-design).
- Provide initial recommendations to improve data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, or GTM alignment.
- Have a clear action plan of items to be completed in the next 90 days
In six months, you will:
- Begin driving strategic projects, including rolling out project frameworks, reporting, etc.
- Serve as the go-to partner for GTM leadership to support revenue-driving initiatives
- Build models and what-if scenarios to inform goal-setting and resourcing decisions.
