Job Description

Chili Piper is hiring a RevOps Content and Community Manager to serve as a multiplier for our agency partners, influencers, and community partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps expertise, partner enablement, and community-building.

You’ll bring deep operational credibility to our partner ecosystem, helping the RevOps community understand, value, implement and advocate our technology. You’ll turn real-world RevOps experience into repeatable enablement assets, strengthen our competitive positioning, and build community programs that establish Chili Piper as a trusted authority in the RevOps ecosystem.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Product, with a direct impact on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Partner RevOps Enablement

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on RevOps architecture, lead routing, lifecycle design, and meeting flows

  • Translate real-world implementation patterns into scalable partner/community enablement assets (playbooks, workflows, diagrams, decision trees)

  • Reduce friction in partner-led sales and implementations by standardizing best practices

Partner-Led Revenue Support

  • Support high-impact partner-led and competitive deals as a RevOps expert

  • Help partners scope complex use cases and implementations more quickly and accurately

  • Reinforce Chili Piper’s differentiation versus competitors through operational expertise

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop operator-grade RevOps content that partners can use to sell, implement, and expand Chili Piper

  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to align enablement content with GTM priorities

  • Establish Chili Piper as a trusted voice in RevOps and RevTech through practical, experience-driven content

Community & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and nurture a community for Chili Piper partners and RevOps leaders

  • Lead partner roundtables, office hours, and enablement sessions

  • Create feedback loops from partners into Product and Partnerships teams

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Revenue Systems, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS

  • Interest and membership in Ops communities

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing lead routing, inbound flows, and lifecycle management

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Chili Piper, LeanData, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems clearly

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment

  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action

  • Passion for helping partners and operators succeed through practical, scalable solutions

Bonus Skills
  • Prior experience working with agencies, SIs, or RevOps consultancies

  • Experience supporting partner-led or channel-driven GTM motions

  • Comfort presenting to executive, technical, and operator audiences

  • Experience building or leading professional communities

  • Familiarity with RevTech landscape (Drift, Qualified, LeanData, etc.)

  • Experience using Salesforce reporting or analytics to drive insights

Additional Information

Why you'll love being a part of our team:

Our team loves Chili Piper because we’re building the company of the future.

  • Work with an immensely talented global team

  • Work in a business that’s run fairly and transparently

  • Competitive pay based on market rate wherever you live

  • We lead by example--showing industry peers and leaders how to innovate, improve, and grow--while having fun

How we work:

  • Freedom and flexibility. We’re a 100% distributed team working from around the world, and we've been fully remote since 2016. Our team members can work from wherever they want in the world, as long as they show up on our weekly all hands meeting on Zoom.

  • Solve interesting problems. The software landscape has exploded. There are dozens of solutions for each problem. We want to be different. We come up with new angles on existing problems or invent better solutions to help companies with their sales and marketing. Then we turn these ideas into beautiful, smart software.

  • Autonomy and ownership. Working on a distributed team means you don’t have someone micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re getting things done. We’re a team of do-ers who take full ownership for their results.

  • Be helpful. Our first value as a company is help. Help our customers be successful. Help our prospects get the right information and make the right decision whether or not it includes our products. Help our team members reach their full potential.

The perks:

  • Unlimited vacation (and we do mean it, and we do take it!)

  • Generous health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Any equipment/software/tech that you need to do your job

  • Annual professional development stipend of $2,000 USD

  • Equity - all Pipers receive stock options

  • Annual company retreat for a week of bonding and adventure (previous retreat locations include Paris, Morocco, Tulum, Iceland, Ibiza, and India!)

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
