RevOps Architect

About the job

At Go Nimbly, we want to be a global thought leader in the RevOps space by developing a badass brand built through innovative work created by individuals with growth mindsets. As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.

We're looking for a RevOps Architect who can lead strategy and solution design across the sales engagement tech stack, serving as the connective tissue between tools, data, and process. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, solutioning, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends.

On a given day, a RevOps Architect will spend time:

  • Own the solution design for complex projects involving Gong and related tools (especially SFDC, Hubspot, and Clay), considering long-term scalability, business objectives, and user adoption.

  • Collaborate on discovery with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to understand how they engage prospects and customers, then architect technical solutions that support those goals.

  • Define and evolve best practices (with an emphasis on AI for automation and scale) around conversation intelligence, activity capture, sales forecasting, sales engagement, coaching workflows, and reporting across the revenue stack.

  • Lead integration efforts between Gong and platforms like Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake, or data warehouses.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on Gong features and sales tech trends—serving as a subject matter expert for our internal team and clients.

  • Actively participating in up-leveling the team by providing ad hoc and ongoing coaching and mentoring on solutions.

  • Senior members of Go Nimbly act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space and keep a pulse on the latest releases and technology trends to help form a point of view on how releases and changes will impact teams and customers.

About you

  • You have at least 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Systems roles, with significant experience owning architecture in sales tech ecosystems.

  • Deep understanding of Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft, including implementation, enablement, and data workflows.

  • Proven ability to lead discovery, scope projects, and build consensus with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong technical chops, especially in Salesforce architecture, reporting strategy, and integration management.

  • Strong in lean and agile development.

  • Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bonus: if you have a Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or are on the path to achieving one of these certifications.

About us

  • We take results seriously and are focused on the customer experience.

  • We are positive people who have a sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness coupled with the willingness to work hard and well under pressure.

  • We care about our growth and push our teams to learn from others.

  • We are ambassadors of Go Nimbly within the Revenue Operations space.

What’s next?

Apply! Rest assured, while AI might feel like it’s taking over the world, we have a human on the other end of the computer personally reviewing each application. Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out if we’d like to speak further about the role. And if not, we promise to let you know because let’s be honest, who enjoys being ghosted when applying for a job? Not only are we committed to getting back to you but we also provide clear feedback.

During the first call with our Talent team, we will lay out the steps in the interview process since it’s unique to each role but typically includes a couple of rounds. We value your time and ours, so we plan to make the best use of our interviews to learn if we are a good fit for you and vice versa.

The base salary for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
