The Revenue Systems Administrator manages and optimizes core revenue platforms, ensuring system integration and efficiency for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

We’re looking for a proactive and systems-savvy Revenue Systems Administrator to support and scale our GTM tech stack. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of core Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success applications, driving automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain core revenue platforms including Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo, ensuring end-to-end system integration and performance.
- Own Salesforce configuration, customization, reporting, dashboard development, user permissioning, and general system upkeep.
- Lead initiatives to optimize and automate workflows within tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with an emphasis on AI-driven process improvement.
- Support Deal Desk operations by ensuring systems enable pricing accuracy, approvals, and contract flow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure tools align with business goals and go-to-market strategy.
- Enforce data governance policies and ensure high levels of data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access permissions, and provide ongoing systems support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and enablement materials to promote tool adoption.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner on strategic GTM and enablement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing and administering Revenue Systems in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ, Platform App Builder) are a plus
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, Catalyst, Chorus, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, etc
- Familiarity with automation and integration tools like Zapier; experience with BI/reporting tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset
- Proven ability to lead system-related projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Comfortable developing user training programs and supporting ongoing enablement
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment within the healthcare technology sector
