About the Role
Meshy is seeking a strategic, data-savvy Revenue Strategy and Operations professional to join our team and help scale our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and strategic execution — focused on building scalable tools, automations, and strategic insights that enable our GTM team to operate efficiently and grow effectively.

You’ll partner cross-functionally to design and optimize processes, implement GTM solutions that drive productivity, and deliver the visibility needed for smart, data-informed decisions and commercial strategy. With our best-in-class 3D GenAI platform at an exciting inflection point, you’ll have a front-row seat — and a direct hand — in shaping how we scale and continue to rapidly grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and scale GTM systems: Develop CRM architecture, implement standardized data tracking, and establish reporting infrastructure to support GTM operations.
  • Own GTM data analysis: Curate, analyze, and standardize data to surface insights, identify growth levers, and guide strategic decisions across the revenue organization.
  • Lead end-to-end revenue processes: Work with sales leadership and implement GTM processes (i.e. pipeline reviews, playbooks, weekly reporting) and align with cross-functional leaders.
  • Drive strategic insights: Inform customer segmentation, funnel optimization, and commercial decisions through rigorous, data-driven analysis.
  • Streamline sales execution: Deploy tools, playbooks, and automation to enhance rep productivity, reduce friction, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools: Utilize modern GTM platforms like Clay to automate prospecting, enrichment, and other high-impact workflows.
  • Own performance visibility: Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that monitor key GTM metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance.
What We're looking for:
  • Relevant experience: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy at a high-growth tech startup — or prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity fund.
  • GTM systems expertise: experience building or managing systems that support the sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and customer lifecycle.
  • Tooling proficiency: Command of modern GTM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and Clay, with experience integrating and optimizing their use.
  • Analytical strength: Fluency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau) to build dashboards and extract insights.
  • Collaborative mindset: Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of driving impact alongside cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bias for action: A high-ownership mentality and strong work ethic — you're driven to work hard, move fast, and build with purpose.
  • Mission-alignment: Deep excitement for the potential of 3D GenAI and a desire to help scale something transformative from the ground up.
Nice to have:
  • Domain experience: Experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Strategy/Ops at an AI-native, data-first, or enterprise software company.
  • Builder’s mindset: A passion for tinkering with modern GTM and AI tools to automate, optimize, and scale operations.
  • Technical fluency: Familiarity with data infrastructure, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Startup scaling: Proven track record of scaling GTM operations at early-stage or hyper-growth startups.
Our Values
  • Brain: We value intelligence and the pursuit of knowledge. Our team is composed of some of the brightest minds in the industry.
  • Heart: We care deeply about our work, our users, and each other. Empathy and passion drive us forward.
  • Gut: We trust our instincts and are not afraid to take bold risks. Innovation requires courage.
  • Taste: We have a keen eye for quality and aesthetics. Our products are not just functional but also beautiful.
Why Join Meshy?
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team at the forefront of AI and 3D technology.

  • Opportunities for fast professional growth and development.
  • An inclusive culture that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
