About Us

TakeUp, LLC is revolutionizing revenue optimization for hospitality with a daring approach to pricing. Using AI and machine learning, TakeUp empowers independent operators to unlock maximum revenue potential through pricing courageously—day in, day out. Seamlessly integrated with top Property Management Systems, our platform replaces traditional rate-setting constraints with data-driven confidence, delivering an impressive 10-15x ROI.

Opportunity

TakeUp is looking for a talented and customer-focused Revenue Strategist to join our team. This individual contributor role is equal parts revenue management strategist and customer success manager. You’ll bring deep hospitality revenue management expertise and pair it with consultative, customer-facing skills to drive measurable outcomes for our customers.

This is not a back-office analyst role: you will own a book of business, act as a strategic partner to hotel and lodging operators, helping to shape their revenue strategies, optimize performance, and drive growth, and serve as the human in the loop for our AI—all while managing renewals, expansions, and expectations with confidence.

What You'll Do

As a Revenue Strategist, you’ll support customer relationships and revenue growth efforts, analyzing performance data, preparing strategic recommendations, and enabling clients to adopt best practices in revenue management.

  • Strategic Revenue Partnership: Lead revenue strategy engagements with your portfolio of properties. Analyze data, develop recommendations, and guide adoption of bold, data-backed pricing strategies.
  • Customer Success & Growth: Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, aligning TakeUp’s AI solutions with business goals. Own commercial outcomes—renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities—by demonstrating ROI and value.
  • AI + Human Collaboration: Act as the human counterpart to our AI. Monitor performance, fine-tune system inputs, and surface insights to ensure the platform continuously learns and adapts to market dynamics.
  • Issue & Escalation Management: Anticipate and address customer concerns early. Coordinate with product, data science, and engineering to quickly resolve issues and keep customers confident and engaged.
  • Customer Enablement & Advocacy: Deliver tailored training, best-practice sessions, and quarterly business reviews. Capture customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that elevate their experience.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery aligned with customer objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively build knowledge of hospitality revenue management and customer success methodologies through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Who You Are

You’re a hospitality professional with a passion for learning, a keen analytical mindset, and a desire to help customers succeed. You bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in revenue management, hospitality, data analysis, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Hospitality Revenue LeaderRequired: Solid experience in hotel or lodging revenue management. You understand demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and distribution inside out.
  • Customer-Centric & ConsultativeRequired: You’ve worked in roles that put you face-to-face with guests, clients, or corporate stakeholders. You build rapport and influence decisions.
  • Analytical & Data-Savvy: Comfortable diving into performance data and making actionable recommendations.
  • Growth-Oriented: Skilled in driving commercial outcomes such as renewals and account expansion—or eager to learn SaaS-specific motions quickly.
  • Clear Communicator & Organizer: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple high-value relationships and priorities.

Bonus Points: Customer success or account management experience in SaaS; exposure to revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), or pricing/forecasting tools.
