Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of deals, pricing, and contract terms across all systems

  • Process transactions through online marketplaces such as AWS, GCP and Azure

  • Process closed-won deals and maintain subscriptions for new and existing customers

  • Continuously evaluate and improve deal desk processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce turnaround times for pricing and contract approvals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and sales to ensure deal terms and conditions are accurate and compliant

  • Assist the sales team by providing guidance on pricing strategies, deal structures, and product configurations for customer proposals, including discounted pricing and non-standard contract terms

  • Process end of month commissions

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the deal desk function

  • Assist with various RevOps projects and tasks as needed, including light CRM administration, reporting, data entry and maintenance, and ad-hoc projects

Skills/ Experience:

  • 2-3 years in a RevOps, Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales role

  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Experience with a billing software (chargebee, stripe) a plus

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
