We are looking for new team members to join our rapidly growing RevOps team in Germany!
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with our DACH Sales and CS leadership team, playing an instrumental role for our revenue departments in driving strategy impacting the business.
Please note this role requires attending our Munich office 3 days a week*
About The Role
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sub-regional Leaders to drive data-influenced decisions and segment strategy.
- Drive cross-departmental growth initiatives to support long-term vision of the segment.
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and share the health of the sub-region in larger Revenue forums.
- Drive analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
- Support leadership with forecasting and pipeline risk.
- Help define KPIs for the segments and drive business alignment across departments.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience supporting sales and CS groups.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau.
- Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
