Revenue Operations Intern – Summer 2025
Location: Boston Seaport (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

About the Role
As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business operations, and sales strategy while working on impactful projects that help Nasuni drive revenue growth. This internship will provide exposure to real-world RevOps challenges, equipping you with the skills to analyze business data and optimize processes that directly impact Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams.

This opportunity will help you explore a potential career in RevOps while working on diverse initiatives, including data quality, analytics, and process improvement. You will be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

As a RevOps Intern, you will contribute to projects such as:

  • Salesforce Account Audit – Improve data accuracy by refining industry, segment, and territory classifications to ensure leads/accounts are correctly assigned, leading to faster and higher-quality sales conversions.
  • Customer Contact & Subscription Analysis – Conduct historical analysis of customer engagement and subscription data to provide actionable insights on product performance.
  • Salesforce UI Optimization – Streamline user experience by enhancing views and interfaces for improved efficiency.
  • Nasuni Data Dictionary Development – Create a centralized reference guide for internal teams to accelerate onboarding and increase productivity.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking highly motivated students with the following skills and attributes:

  • Interest in Business, Revenue, Sales, and Customers. - Customer and Account data leading to Revenue. 
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Strong Educational Background – Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Data Visualization & Presentation – Experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Business Acumen – Understanding of how data influences sales, marketing, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Technical Creativity & Innovation – Ability to develop process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Strong ability to present findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management – Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects.
  • Proactiveness & Adaptability – Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bonus Skills (Plus Skills)

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools – Hands-on experience in Salesforce and CRM systems is a plus.
  • SQL or Python knowledge – Understanding of data querying and manipulation for deeper analytics.
  • Marketing Automation Tools – Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Financial or Revenue Analytics Exposure – Experience analyzing revenue models, forecasting, or pricing strategies.
