The Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations consultant to help us shape and run our GTM tools. This is a part time contractor engagement, around 20 - 25 hours a week to start, with room to grow. You'll work closely with us to make decisions and put them into practice.
Our current stack is built around HubSpot, with Nooks for dialing, Clay and Apollo for enrichment and Unify for email sequencing. We are evaluating all of our tech stack options with a close look at how well each works with integrations.
What You'll Do
Help us choose the tech stack, with a focus on how cleanly each option integrates with HubSpot
Design how our tools work together, and advise on where to simplify or add
Build and refine our outbound sequences
Keep our enrichment and data flows clean and reliable
Manage HubSpot day to day - workflows, reporting, and data quality
Document how everything works so it stays easy to maintain
What We're Looking For
5 - 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, building systems, workflows and evaluating and implementing tech stacks
Strong HubSpot experience, ideally at an admin level
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Nooks, Apollo, or Unify
Comfort with enrichment tools, especially Clay and Apollo
Good judgment - someone who can weigh options and recommend a path, then carry it out
A self-directed style that needs little oversight
Currently using AI as part of their processes
