The Revenue Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving revenue generation across the business by informing business strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across business development, finance, engineering, and operations teams. Given our rapid growth and the uniquely challenging problems we tackle as a business, this role will naturally gravitate toward finding solutions and will be adept at navigating organizational hurdles. The ability to build trust quickly in a fast-paced environment and execute with high dependability is critical to success in this role.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellent, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth team. You will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights that enable revenue generation across the organization. This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. - Proactively identify and address recurring business challenges, innovating and iterating on processes to foster long-term solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (ie Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Corporate Technology, Financial Operations, and Divisional Operations teams to refine and improve systems and processes to scale effectively
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to support the effectiveness of our growth teams and ensuring adoption of best practices
- 2-4 years experience in a revenue operations, business operations or strategy role at a high-growth technology company
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
- Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
