As Marqeta’s Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work closely with GTM leadership, Business Systems, and other key stakeholders to establish strong operational practices, scalable processes, and cross-functional alignment. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the GTM technology roadmap, assisting with ongoing tooling projects, and improving standardized GTM processes. This role sits within the Revenue Strategy & Operations team.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere from within our local Oakland, CA office, or in the NYC Metro area. We’d love for you to join us!

The Impact You'll Have

  • Establish a strong operational cadence, bringing structured, sustainable, and scalable processes to support business growth and ensure cross functional alignment
  • Engage with our frontline salespeople, embody their day-to-day operational challenges and help them increase their operational efficiency
  • Translate business process requirements into clear functional requirements documents, ensuring technical partners internally and externally know how to design solutions
  • Develop thoughtful change management plans in partnership with GTM stakeholders for all projects that impact behavioral and/or work-flow changes
  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of tools and technologies to support GTM and revenue operations, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and related sales operations tools (Clearbit, Gong, Varicent, etc.)

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing, Sales, and/or Revenue Operations professional
  • Experience working with Salesforce preferred and other GTM technologies nice to have (Gong, Clearbit, ChiliPiper, LeanData, etc.)
  • Problem solver that is comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking them down into simple, understandable pieces.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, self-starter who is detail-oriented and has strong time management, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work and lead most initiatives independently and build cross functional relationships
  • Startup/high growth company experience with a proven track record of thriving in high-performing teams and fast-paced environments

Compensation and Benefits

Marqeta is a Flex First company which allows you to choose your best working environment, whether that be from home or at a company office. To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:

  • National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.
  • Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
  • Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position hiring in San Francisco Bay Area or New York City is:

  • Premium Plus: $96,000 - $120,000
