Who We’re Looking For 🔍

We’re seeking a Revenue Manager to take ownership of revenue performance, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and drive sustainable growth.

You will 🚀
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve revenue targets — including setting goals, building financial models, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.

  • Analyze performance across business units, streams, and networks, identifying key trends, revenue drivers, and areas for improvement.

  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs such as revenue, direct costs, gross margin, TVL, and infrastructure expenses.

  • Evaluate profitability and cost structures, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimize performance and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with business units to ensure effective resource allocation and strategic investment decisions that align with financial goals.

  • Prepare and present regular financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

  • Conduct detailed factor analysis of revenue, direct costs, TVL, and infrastructure spending to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure accuracy in client bonus calculations, automate processes where possible, and monitor on-time payments.

  • Participate in the review and approval of new revenue and rebate agreements.

  • Continuously improve revenue-related processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Data, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue and gross margin objectives with broader business strategies.

You have 🤓
  • Education in finance (a Bachelor's degree at minimum in finance, accounting or economics)

  • Proven strong track record in finance-related roles at least 3 years

  • Understanding of corporate finance, financial statement analysis and valuation techniques

  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights

  • Strong technical skills in financial analysis tools and software

  • Effective communication skills

  • Fluent English
