We don't just work in the sporting industry; we are actively changing it.  Since 2006, our solutions have been leading the way in sports performance software, science, and data, in a world where 1% can literally mean the difference between winning and losing.

We work with over 5,000 teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more. We provide the information they need to optimize athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.

Catapult is a sports technology company that empowers professional teams to make data-driven decisions. We deliver health, performance, video, and AI insights from the locker room to competitive environments, ensuring every decision is an opportunity to gain an advantage, sharpen performance, and build lasting success.

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT TURNING DATA INTO IMPACT

Catapult is looking for a data-driven playmaker who loves learning, thrives on continuous improvement, and is ready to make an impact in a fast-growing, evolving team. Just like athletes rely on performance data to sharpen their game, you’ll use analytics to tackle key business challenges, transform raw numbers into clear insights, and help guide winning strategies across the organization.

In this role, you’ll turn diverse data sets into game-changing recommendations that drive growth and efficiency. Whether analyzing sales funnels, market trends, or operational performance, you’ll use data transformation and visualization tools to keep our GTM strategy grounded in data and always moving forward.

To succeed, you’ll bring a growth mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail that ensures no play is missed. Experience building and maintaining data models is a must, and your ability to collaborate seamlessly with all cross-functional teams will make you an invaluable teammate in Catapult’s pursuit of peak performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Analyze Revenue Performance: Monitor churn, downsell, upsell, and product adoption trends across regions to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear recommendations, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Support Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad hoc deep-dives into revenue drivers, customer behavior, and market performance, presenting findings in a clear and impactful way.
  • Build & Maintain Reporting: Develop dashboards and recurring reports that track key GTM and revenue metrics, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Visualize & Communicate Data: Create engaging, easy-to-digest visual reports that highlight performance trends and guide optimization efforts across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Analytical & Modeling Expertise: 3+ years in analytics (Sales Ops, RevOps, or FP&A) with proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models and forecasts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace; SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred.
  • Insight Generation: Ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that connect business objectives to KPIs.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering cross-functionally.
  • Mindset & Execution: Proactive, independent problem-solver with strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude in a fast-paced environment.
