Reporting to the Director, Revenue Enablement, the Revenue Enablement Trainer will use data to enforce decision making and ensure that our Sales teams are set up for success throughout the entire learning journey, from onboarding, to continuing education, to development for future roles or prepare team members for leadership opportunities. The Revenue Enablement Trainer will play a critical role in the modernization of our training programs by building blended onboarding and upskilling paths consisting of eLearning content for our LMS, complementary instructor-led training, and supplementary reference materials and activities designed to improve efficiency, quality and engagement across our Sales teams. This person will partner with different orgs in the business, including Commercial/Enterprise Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Product, and Clinical Partnerships to understand and build a curriculum around how we can best position our solution in the market. This is a full time, remote position on our team that requires quarterly travel.
What you’ll do:
- Create, update, and deliver enablement experiences, in live & remote training sessions, that help our Sales team obtain the skills, resources, and tools they need to effectively sell our products.
- Monitor and proactively address any departmental gaps in sales process or tech stack adoption
- Act as point of contact between assigned segment stakeholders and the Rev Enablement team
- Design training materials and resources for segment onboarding and continuing education programs (via Slides, Canva, Absorb, Articulate 360, etc)
- Project manage ad-hoc training requests & develop learning solutions on topics such as GTM product launches, negotiations, sales acumen, and prospecting.
- Work closely with Rev Ops and the Senior Manager of Enablement Tools to extract key insights from Gong, Salesforce and the LMS to demonstrate enablement impact on sales teams KPIs.
- Manage, maintain and audit our LMS and knowledge base, ensuring courses are assigned and completed by appropriate audiences and content is consistently updated as changes occur.
- Ensure constant communication, seamless project management and timely execution of each deliverable.
What success looks like in this role:
- Support Sales leadership with reducing new hire ramp time by 5%
- Enablement Session satisfaction score of 3+ (on a 1-5 scale)
- Seller certification score (80% of reps achieve a ¾ rating)
- Seller goal attainment (50% of reps hit their 2024 attainment target)
What you’ll bring:
- 1-2 years of quota carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise experience at a SaaS company (experience with startups or in healthcare / benefits / EAP is a plus)
- 1 year of Enablement experience (training, resource management, content design) OR experience developing training materials, facilitating, project management with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient with content design programs & enablement tools (Google Suite, Canva, Looker, Salesforce, Articulate 360, Absorb, Gong)
- Strong working knowledge of GTM sales motions and evergreen Enablement materials that can help sellers in real time situations.
- Proactive approach to project management.
- Experience developing blended learning solutions that make complex topics easy to understand.
- The ability to synthesize data to inform your decision making.
- Proven success with working collaboratively with other team members.
The target base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $106,250, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
