About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will design, deliver, measure, and optimize enablement programming specifically tied to the post-sale customer journey — empowering our Customer Success and team to drive meaningful outcomes at every milestone. You will partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Revenue Analytics, Revenue Leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure all touchpoints are supported with compelling content, practical frameworks, and training that helps the field deliver with confidence.

This role also plays a critical part in preparing the organization for major retail holidays and events, including Black Friday Cyber Monday, designing both internal enablement and collaborating on customer-facing content that drives adoption and revenue. Additionally, you will create thought leadership resources and programming on emerging trends, updates, and industry shifts — such as iOS changes, tariffs, or regulatory developments — that impact our customers and should be addressed in their milestone conversations.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Deliver high-impact  learning programs for existing team members
  • Collaborate with Revenue leadership to conduct needs analyses, and design and deliver effective enablement programming that aligns with strategic business goals Produce valuable training, documentation, tutorials, workshops, resources, etc. that enable the Revenue team to successfully drive outcomes with customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a library of enablement content (email sequences, templates, playbooks, and best practice guides) 
  • Lead enablement initiatives tied to major retail holidays and other strategic calendar moments, creating both internal training and customer-facing content packages that drive impact.
  • Develop thought leadership and enablement programs around emerging trends, product updates, or external developments that affect customers, enabling CSMs to confidently discuss and advise on these topics.
  • Manage projects that are assigned to you, including executing and delegating project tasks, creating timelines, and ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards with the goal of improving the effectiveness of the intended audience and meeting revenue targets. 
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, tools, and initiatives.
  • Establish effective communication and reporting channels with revenue leadership and cross functional teams across the organization.
  • Partner with Learning Experience Designers to inform on materials needed

Your Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience (Sales or CS or Martech SaaS experience a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue Enablement, Training, Program Management, or related field
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale onboarding and continuous learning programs with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to an executive audience
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of using metrics to inform decisions and iterate on learning programs
  • Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and technologies such as Highspot, Salesforce, Catalyst, Confluence, Articulate, Rise, Looker, MixMax, Outreach, etc

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,600 - $132,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
