About OfficeSpace:

OfficeSpace Software provides the leading AI operating system for the built world, that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the workplace. As a performance-based, PE-backed company, we hire based on merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed long-term. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, motivated by building at light speed, and an Agentic AI early adopter. Our world-class teams operate in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica in a culture of trust, respect, growth, and impact.

About the role

As Revenue Enablement Program Manager, you will build the operating system that helps OfficeSpace’s GTM teams ramp faster, find what they need, and perform at a higher level.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement & Excellence, you will own the infrastructure behind onboarding, ongoing enablement, knowledge, technology, measurement, and major GTM programs across SDR, AE, SAE, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success. You will use AI and automation to remove administrative work, surface insights, and scale great enablement—while keeping human judgment at the center of the moments that matter.

What you’ll do
  • Build a scalable GTM onboarding engine. Own the end-to-end onboarding experience across SDR, AE, SAE, SC, and CSM roles, with clear milestones, certification standards, and role-specific paths.
  • Drive faster ramp and stronger performance. Use ramp, readiness, adoption, and performance data to identify friction, test improvements, and continuously strengthen enablement programs.
  • Orchestrate AI-enabled enablement workflows. Use AI agents and automation to accelerate content creation, personalize learning paths, synthesize feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and surface recommended actions.
  • Own the enablement technology ecosystem. Drive administration, adoption, integrations, governance, and measurement across LMS, content, conversation intelligence, and related GTM tools.
  • Build a trusted GTM knowledge system. Create the governance, taxonomy, lifecycle, and AI-assisted search workflows that make current content easy to find and outdated content hard to use.
  • Shape ongoing enablement for Customer Success. Partner with Revenue Enablement and CS leadership to translate business priorities into programs that improve customer-facing execution.
  • Turn GTM signals into action. Combine program data, learner feedback, content usage, and other available GTM signals to identify gaps and recommend where enablement should intervene.
  • Build repeatable programs with subject matter experts. Partner across Sales, CS, Solutions Consulting, Product, and other teams to turn expertise into scalable learning experiences and playbooks.
  • Lead the program architecture behind major GTM moments. Own project plans, vendors, dependencies, communications, and execution for programs such as Revenue Kickoff while automating repeatable administrative work wherever possible.
  • Create operating visibility. Build dashboards and reporting that connect enablement activity to readiness, adoption, time-to-ramp, and agreed business outcomes.
  • Run multiple priorities without losing momentum. Set clear plans, manage dependencies, flag risk early, and keep stakeholders moving toward outcomes.
  • Improve the system. Find friction across onboarding, knowledge, technology, and enablement operations. Build the fix, measure it, and scale what works.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue/sales enablement, GTM operations, program management, or a related role within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs across multiple GTM roles.
  • Strong program management skills and a track record of moving complex, cross-functional work from strategy to execution.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement technology such as LMS, content management, conversation intelligence, knowledge management, or comparable GTM platforms.
  • Experience building content governance or knowledge-management systems that people actually use.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You can move beyond reporting activity to finding patterns, diagnosing problems, and recommending action.
  • Applied AI fluency. You know how to use generative AI and AI agents to research, synthesize, draft, analyze, and automate work while validating outputs before they reach GTM teams.
  • AI orchestration capability. You can break a business workflow into human and AI components, define inputs and quality standards, and build repeatable workflows rather than relying on one-off prompts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You turn complexity into clear plans, learning experiences, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • High ownership. You see the gap, build the plan, and drive the outcome.
  • Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to earn trust with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, and leadership.
  • Comfort operating at speed in a resource-lean environment where priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
