Are you passionate about building from the ground up and driving real impact? As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will help launch the Revenue Enablement function for EvenUp, as we revolutionize the legal tech industry. This role is ideal for a passionate and driven individual with experience in sales enablement, training, content creation, and data analysis in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment and is eager to contribute to scaling our revenue function as we continue to grow at an accelerated pace.
What you'll do:
Help set the strategy for the onboarding and training of the salesforce and customer facing teams that will scale with our business
Create and execute on a powerful training curriculum that ranges from onboarding programs to continuous education and topic-based instruction
Create and maintain the content our GTM teams will use to support the entire life cycle of our customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure that training evolves at the same speed as our technology and business
Identify, develop, measure and meet KPIs for success
Create organization and structure in a fast paced environment
What we look for (qualifications)-
3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS organization.
Proven experience working in a hypergrowth or fast-paced SaaS environment with a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations.
Experience in sales training and onboarding with a track record of driving results.
History of driving bottom line results through enablement and training
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) and best practices in sales enablement.
Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
Experience building and managing a team of revenue enablement professionals
Tech savvy and up-to-date with virtual learning and development technologies
Strong knowledge of instructional design and performance enhancement in a fully remote environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling enablement content and deliver engaging training sessions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and their integration with sales processes.
Nice to haves-
Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC) or enablement frameworks are a plus.
