About Eve
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.
Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
Eve Legal is a Series B legal AI platform reinventing how plaintiff law firms run their practice. As the dedicated enablement manager for our Enterprise & Strategic segment, you'll be the person AEs turn to before their biggest, most complex deals, and the person who turns a strong rep into a great enterprise seller. You'll own the programs, playbooks, and live coaching that help this team win multi-stakeholder, high-stakes deals, while also growing the accounts we've already won. If you want to shape how a category-defining sales team sells, and see your fingerprints on every major deal that closes, this is that seat.
What You Will Accomplish:- Design and run upskilling and coaching programs for Enterprise & Strategic AEs, with MEDDPICC reinforcement as a core pillar, covering discovery, multi-threading, executive alignment, negotiation, and objection handling for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Build programs that cover both sales motions this segment owns: net-new logo acquisition and in-account expansion (upsell/cross-sell across Eve's product offerings)
- Listen to call recordings from the field to identify trends and diagnose skill gaps that coaching and enablement can close
- Build and deliver enablement across multiple formats (live/virtual facilitation, roleplay workshops, eLearning, etc.) to match the skill and the moment
- Build and maintain certification tracks, covering product knowledge, sales methodology, and competitive positioning at the depth Enterprise buyers expect
- Own and continuously update Enterprise & Strategic playbooks and battlecards focusing on enterprise-specific plays (executive alignment, multi-threading, security/procurement navigation)
- Partner with sales leadership to build the Ent/Strat enablement calendar and prioritize topics based on leadership's top priorities, segmenting coaching by proficiency stage (newer reps past initial ramp vs. tenured Ent/Strat sellers)
- Partner directly with top-performing Ent/Strat reps to gather their input on what's working, and collaborate with them to co-build and co-present coaching content in the areas where they excel
- Track ramp and performance metrics and certification completion to show program impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Product, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to translate new launches into digestible selling materials for the field
- Experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar quota-carrying-adjacent role, ideally with exposure to enterprise/complex sales cycles
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE in enterprise/complex sales (credibility coaching reps who've walked the deal)
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC or equivalent)
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills; comfortable running live coaching sessions
- Experience building or maintaining certification programs (Mindtickle or similar LMS a plus)
- Ability to work independently and own a program end-to-end
- A proactive problem-solver: someone who spots gaps or breakdowns in the program (or in rep performance) before being told, and moves to fix them without waiting for direction
- Experience with sales engagement or conversation-intelligence tools (Gong, Chorus, Clari) for call review at scale
- Experience building competitive battlecards or positioning against named competitors
- Exposure to security/procurement-heavy sales cycles (SOC 2, vendor review, MSA negotiation)
- Experience with legal tech or another regulated/complex vertical
