Essential Responsibilities:
- Own the renewals pipeline for assigned maintenance and support contracts, ensuring timely renewals and reducing churn.
- Develop renewal strategies on pricing, term length, and value to align with customer and business goals.
- Analyze contract performance, usage, and spend to identify upsell, cross-sell, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare renewal quotes and proposals, and lead customer commercial discussions with Sales and Account Management.
- Ensure all renewal offers comply with internal pricing, discount, margin, and risk policies.
- Partner with Commercial teams on contract terms, while maintaining accurate forecasts and reporting in Salesforce and Oracle.
- Track renewal performance metrics, drive process improvements, and share best practices across teams.
Required Qualification:
- Requires advanced experience in Sales, Digital Sales, and Proposals.
- Education is comparable to a bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Portuguese.
- Needs strong oral and written communication skills.
- Should be able to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Requires planning, documentation, program execution, and solid project management skills.
