Job Description:
- Provide Transaction Coordination (TC) support from contract to closing.
- Prepare and organize real estate documents and contracts.
- Manage contract paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database, including the Buffini coaching database.
- Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media post selections.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other support as needed
Requirements
