You'll be the connective tissue between Rearc's engineering teams and Databricks' partner organization - tracking certifications, managing scorecard health, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you're the kind of person who thrives on detail, builds trust fast with external stakeholders, and takes full ownership of a relationship without needing to be asked twice, this is the role for you.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated background of 1-3 years within resourcing, operational, or partnership-focused environments
  • Natural sales instinct and the ability to serve as a compelling representative for Rearc when engaging external partners
  • Exceptional organizational prowess, with a talent for managing intricate details like partner scorecards, deadlines, and technical certifications
  • Active and persistent communication style, ensuring critical data is gathered from various technical and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in leveraging spreadsheets and various tracking platforms to provide clear status reporting and visibility
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starting approach that prioritizes full ownership of the partner dynamic and proactive planning

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the dedicated relationship lead for Databricks partner managers, representing Rearc in all daily engagements
  • Oversee engineer technical certifications essential for the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, proactively identifying upcoming renewals or competency gaps
  • Liaise with technical practice leads and engineering teams to ensure mandatory certifications are achieved within established timelines
  • Analyze and report on DPP scorecard health and program performance metrics to mitigate risks to the partnership
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all partner program criteria, critical milestones, and current standing
  • Function as the primary internal authority and point of contact for all inquiries regarding the Databricks partnership ecosystem
