Role & Responsibilities:
1. Produce insightful crypto research covering thematic trends, protocol and ecosystem overview, and on-chain data analytics utilizing various data tools to write and produce industry-leading insights cited by news outlets and KOLs.
2. Coordinate with CMC research partners, act as liaison externally and internally across marketing, PR, design, data and editing teams to manage research projects, and help maintain the research pipeline on CMC Research website
3. Work cross-functionally with the Product, Tech, Marketing, Data and Design teams, lead research related projects and initiatives. Acquire a deep understanding of aspects of the crypto industry including technology, legal, regulatory, economic, and protocol details. Track developments across multiple blockchain ecosystems to spot incipient trends and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.

Skills & Requirements:
1. Passion for cryptoassets
2. Experience researching and writing concise summaries; editing skills
3. Strong market sense and experience in the crypto ecosystem
4. Ability to synthesize complex topics and provide concise summaries for readers
5. Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a distributed and multicultural team setting
6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; Business Development/ Account Management skills required for maintaining research partnerships.
7. Strong attention to detail and consistency
8. Data science/analytics background would be a bonus
