Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Data Scientist, you will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll partner with engineers, researchers, and business leaders to turn data into actionable outcomes.

Objectives:
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict outcomes and optimize business processes
  • Experimentation: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance
  • Data Exploration and Visualization: Conduct thorough data analysis and create visualizations to understand data patterns and trends
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Skills and Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced financial or similar environment
  • Experience with alternative datasets
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R; proficiency with Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
  • Skilled in SQL and ETL pipeline design; familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Kafka)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $350,000.
