What You’ll Do

As a Research Scientist, you’ll contribute to the design and execution of efficacy research that supports Edmentum’s mission to deliver impactful educational solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct rigorous studies using experimental, quasi-experimental, and mixed methods designs.
  • Analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and software.
  • Collaborate with districts, vendors, universities, and internal teams.
  • Prepare research briefs, technical documents, and presentations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations and TAC engagement.
 Who You Are:
  • You have a PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
  • You bring 1+ years of independent research experience.
  • You are proficient in R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
  • You understand WWC and ESSA standards of research rigor.
  • You communicate technical findings clearly and effectively.
  • You collaborate well across teams and disciplines.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$85,000$95,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
