The Role
We are seeking an Media Insights & Reporting Analyst to leverage internal databases to develop client-facing reports and actionable insights. This role is responsible for extracting and analyzing data to help clients understand campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Additionally, the analyst will create client-ready presentations, including Google Slides, that highlight performance trends and competitive insights for external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytics background, with proficiency in data reporting, Google Sheets, and related analytical tools, as well as experience translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. This role supports metrics-driven strategy and media decision-making by delivering data, analysis, and insights to clients, stakeholders, and partners. The Insights & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in driving performance improvements, increasing traffic, and optimizing conversion outcomes across digital initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the team’s Google sheets expert while developing deep expertise in our business intelligence platform, Looker
- Ensure all campaign and performance data is accurate, complete, and fully QA’d within the Looker data layer
- Build Google sheets reports and Looker dashboards that help internal teams and clients understand campaign performance and relevant industry trends
- Analyze campaign and industry data to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate findings into clear data-driven narratives
- Support data analysis and presentation development for Quarterly Business Reviews and client end-of-campaign wrap-up reports
- Partner with the Account Management team to prioritize reporting needs, clearly communicate requirements, and deliver insights on deadline
- Troubleshoot complex campaign scenarios and develop custom reporting solutions using Google sheets and Looker
- Partner with Product teams to design and develop new dashboards and reporting capabilities
- Utilize Looker to analyze the competitive YouTube landscape and develop client-facing Google Slides presentations, enabling internal stakeholders such as Sales and Account Management to effectively communicate insights.
What You Bring to the Party
- 1+ years of experience working with data analytics, marketing analytics, ad agencies or ad tech
- Experience in data analytics and report generation is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Looker is a huge plus, proficiency in a similar BI tool (Tableau etc) considered
- Experience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Google Adwords, or ad tech platforms is a plus
- Past agency experience or proven knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 total compensation / will include a potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
