Summary
Responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of custodial and clearing accounts within the Servicing Division. Ensures all reconciliations are completed and reconciling items are cleared within established time frames.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform accurate completion of custodial accounts on a monthly basis
Perform accurate completion of clearing accounts on a daily basis
Maintain backup documentation needed to reconcile accounts
Communicate with other departments regarding processing or clearing reconciling items
Communicate to Vice President at least monthly a status of all accounts
Communicate to Vice President promptly any significant financial issues
Communicate with external banking clients regarding statements and reconciling items
Prepare requested documentation for any internal or external audits
Be aware of new publications published by All Regs and update investor reporting policies and procedures to comply with the new requirements
Perform investor functionality testing in the service bureau system as needed
Assist in training new hires when needed
Identify and target key custodial-related issues for research, analysis, and resolution preparing summary reports of findings
Special projects as assigned
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Related Duties:
Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae reporting and reconciliation
Strong analytical skills with an excellent math aptitude
Strong Excel and Access skills
Experience with Fiserv, Web Focus, or Monarch is a plus

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
