Our Renewals team plays a crucial role in the customer journey, partnering with customers to ensure continued value and success. Working collaboratively with sales, channel partners, customer success, and sales operations teams, this position focuses on building long-term relationships while managing subscription renewals seamlessly.

What you’ll do;
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication across phone, video, and email platforms
  • Drive the renewal process to support and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Analyze license usage and manage true-up processes
  • Partner with customers to understand their organizational goals and create tailored renewal solutions
  • Support the broader renewals team with administrative coordination
  • Manage renewal timelines effectively
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop renewal strategies using data-driven insights
  • Guide customers through the documentation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Identify potential challenges early and develop proactive solutions
  • Support enterprise-level customer relationships

Experience that will help you get started;

  • Background in customer-facing roles such as Account Management, Renewals, or Customer Success
  • German language proficiency
  • Knowledge of B2B software sales environments
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a focus on outcomes
  • Experience in collaborative problem-solving and agreement facilitation
  • Knowledge of technical products is valuable - particularly in DevOps, software development lifecycle, or application development
  • Alignment with our organizational values
  • Track record of consistent renewal performance
  • Experience fostering customer relationships in similar customer-facing roles
