Position Overview

Cellebrite is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Renewal Success Manager – Inside Sales to drive customer retention and recurring revenue through the successful renewal of Digital Intelligence products and solutions. The successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term customer success while identifying opportunities for expansion and increased adoption of Cellebrite’s solutions. Develop strategic account plans that position Cellebrite to achieve renewal, retention, and growth objectives year over year.

Responsibilities

· Drive recurring revenue growth through successful renewals while identifying opportunities for account expansion and increased product adoption.

· Plan work to maximize customer retention, renewal rates, account penetration, and long-term customer satisfaction.

· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of, and management of, procurement and contracting processes to ensure timely and successful renewals.

· Develop and nurture existing customer relationships, maintaining a strong understanding of their current and future business needs and strategic objectives.

· Meet or exceed renewal booking objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of upcoming renewals, expansion opportunities, and at-risk accounts.

· Present at multiple levels, including end users and executive management, to reinforce customer value, support renewal discussions, and identify growth opportunities.

· Maintain detailed knowledge of Cellebrite software and hardware products, training offerings, competitive products, and customer vertical industries. Help customers make future solution decisions based on business needs and product roadmaps.

· Submit accurate and detailed renewal and revenue forecasts.

· Engage with sales operations, engineering, marketing, customer success, and senior management as appropriate to support customer retention and growth.

· Develop and maintain detailed account plans for key customers, recommending additional products, services, and training offerings that increase customer value and support long-term retention.

Requirements

· 1-3 years of experience in selling SaaS/Software, Enterprise or Public Sector

· Experience in account management, deep knowledge of the customer, their business, and priorities across the organizations at multiple points.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and with external contacts. Ability to create and deliver powerful and effective presentations.

· This is a Hybrid Role, office presence is required 4 times a week in Tysons Corner, VA
