About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Renewal Sales Operations Analyst to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and Global Renewals Management Function. As a key sales and operations support function, the Renewal Sales Operations Analyst is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for renewals management and forecasting processes. This critical teammate will be responsible for: (i) scaling the renewals business globally (ii) driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:
Plan & build operational dashboards to support the regional inspection of the renewals business
Collaborate and liaise with our Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics counterparts to structure and manage a single source of truth for renewals data
Document data and metrics definitions for key terms related to renewals in a centralized location
Strategize and communicate business requirements to automate renewals forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities
Enable field sales and sales operations business partners on leveraging renewals dashboards to execute to outcomes
Educate business users on renewals data nuances and develop their ability to identify at-risk renewals and inspect progress on risk mitigation strategies
Drive globally consistent operational cadence reviews with the field to review at-risk renewals and roll up in a global renewal forecast
Provide business insights to sales leadership on renewals business performance against key metrics
Drive churn and contraction ARR trends analysis and business insights
Lead analysis of quarterly churn and contraction ARR business drivers and insights with cross-functional leadership forum
Identify opportunities to continuously improve systems, process, and data to eliminate gaps in performance insight, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficiencies.
What You'll Need:
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst roles
Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model
Experience reporting ARR metrics such as renewal rate, churn and net retention
Possess keen business insight with the ability to handle, analyze and track recurring revenue data
Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting as well as knowledge of data management and analytics solutions such as Tableau and SQL. Proficient in Excel
Experience supporting renewals sales and customer retention is a plus
Strong understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and forecasting methodologies. Background with Clari is a plus
Ability to analyze data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy
Knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ. Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data, analyze trends, and produce actionable insights that enable process and business improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of partners
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience in working across organizations, notably Sales, Finance, IT, Support and Operations

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
