Role Overview
- Internal, non-customer-facing position with a strong emphasis on Excel and Salesforce.
- Manage prioritized requests from a shared queue.
- Collect, clean, and convert data into new formats and validate with Excel tools.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of renewal information for system entry.
- Troubleshoot issues in Salesforce and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Clearly explain Excel tools and logic to non-technical audiences.

Minimum Requirements
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, calculations, and data organization)
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Solid computer proficiency, including navigating tools like SharePoint
- Strong math skills, especially in pricing and renewal calculations
- Clear communication and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to find information independently
Preferred Requirements
- Background in computer science, finance, mathematics, or other analytical disciplines
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Capable of increasing autonomy and ownership over time
- Professional experience prioritized over formal college degrees
