This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Training Content Developer at Turquoise Health, you will create training materials and onboarding resources to support employees and clients in effectively using our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and tutorials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
  • Create engaging multimedia content for remote learning
  • Update training materials based on product changes and feedback
  • Track and assess training effectiveness

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or content development
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and multimedia tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
